In a video sighted on social media, a young man is seen beating a guy who is said to be a fake phone dealer
According to eyewitnesses, there is a lot of those ‘419’ dealer in Ashaiman market who dupe innocent people every single day.
They added that, anytime they dupe someone and get caught, they take them to the police station but after some few hours, they get released.
